Finalidades do preparo do corpo


– Manter o corpo limpo e identificado

– Evitar odores e saída de secreções e sangue

– Dispor o corpo em posição adequada antes da rigidez cadavérica.



Materiais:


– Pinça Pean (longa)

– Algodão

– Atadura de crepe

– Éter ou benzina para retirada de esparadrapo

– 3 (três) lençóis (maca, envolver corpo e cobrir)

– Maca

– Biombo

– 2 (duas) etiquetas de identificação.



Procedimento:



– Cercar o leito com biombo

– Retirar sondas, drenos e cateteres

– Proceder à limpeza do corpo

– Fazer o tamponamento dos orifícios com algodão com auxílio da pinça Pean

– Fixar queixo, pés e mãos com atadura

– Envolver o corpo no lençol

– Colocar etiqueta no tórax e outra sobre o lençol

– Transferir o corpo para a maca

– Encaminhar o corpo para o necrotério

– Anotações de enfermagem do início ao término do preparo

– Entregar pertences aos familiares

– Solicitar limpeza terminal do leito.


Purpose of preparing the body

Materials:


- Pean Forceps (long)

- Cotton

- Crepe bandage

- Ether or benzine to remove tape

- 3 (three) sheets (stretcher, body wrap and cover)

- Apple

- Screens

- 2 (two) identification labels.



Procedure:



- Surround the bed with screen

- Remove drains and catheters

- To clean the body

- Make the holes with cotton packing with the help of Pean clamp

- Fasten the chin, hands and feet with lacing

- Wrap the body in water

- Place label on the chest and another on the sheet

- Transferring the body to the stretcher

- Forward the body to the morgue

- Nursing Notes from beginning to end of the preparation

- Deliver the family belongings

- Apply for terminal cleaning of bed
